You have the right to request that we delete Personal Information we have collected from you.  You also have the right to request disclosure of Personal Information collected, the categories of sources from which we collected the Personal Information, the purposes for which we used the Personal Information, the categories of third parties with whom we share the Personal Information, and the categories of information that we sell or disclose to third parties for the 12-month period preceding your request.  You have the right to opt out of this disclosure of your information.
